Delivery information


Our UK delivery partner DPD (as well as others) are experiencing potential delays due to higher than normal volumes driven, in part, by the Royal Mail strikes, as well as bad weather.

As a result, we have had to amend our delivery times to 5-7 working days and we thank you for your patience at this time.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship international orders at this time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods, having notified us within 7 days by emailing info@thedoghousetrading.com that you wish to return them.

The returned product/products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. For fragile items, please ensure they are securely packaged. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage for your return parcel, as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

As soon as we receive the returned products and providing they are in perfect condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account. We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Faulty items

If your delivered item is faulty when you receive it, please contact us at info@thedoghousetrading.com quoting your order, name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. We would also appreciate a photograph showing the fault. Please let us know whether you require a replacement or a refund and we will then advise on how to proceed with the refund.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
